I made this lunch for B a while ago. For some reason, it got lost in the mix. The spooky cat and bat could obviously be swapped out for another fun shape, since Halloween is over. The apple sandwich was a fun idea. I usually can't get away with packing apples in B's lunches, since he refuses to eat them once they turn brownish. And since, apples brown moments after cutting, it is a no go, maybe someday I will try to lemon juice trick..:)
The apple sandwich is just that, an apple cored, and sliced with peanut butter in the middle. I did roll it is chopped pecans to add a little crunch. Also in this lunch we have cheese shapes, grapes, crackers, tomatoes, and mango.
