Happy Monday. We had quite a weekend filled with holiday parties, delicious food, and lots of family time. I absolutely love this time of year when everyone gets together and makes new memories. I admitted to my sister and niece that when I watch my kids open a present handed to them directly from Santa I get all chocked up. They agreed that they do as well. Looks like I'm not the only sappy one. :) This lunch has a lot going on, but the lunch box came home empty.

Carrots with cream cheese, carrot, spinach and olive dip
Crackers
Mango
Cheese shaped into a Christmas Tree
